hi, you can still get the finances sorted out, you will have to apply for ancillary relief proceedings.
if you check on the free resouces it will give you a good indication of what you need to do.

I have had my absolute since Oct 06 i found out Jan 07 i was the petitioner , he applied for the absolute and it was granted, We still have not reached an angreement yet, FH next month, my ex has since re married but hopefully this should'nt affect the out come for me and out 2 children.

I have my decree absolute without the finances sorted. This means you are not entitled to part of his pension or his will.
