Today I went to the local court and filed Form A. I completed 3 copies, with the help of the clerk, who was very helpful. I then presented my proof of working Tax Credit, and was given full fee remission. This saved me having to borrow £260.00.
I hope this is helpful to anyone who is on a low wage and claiming Working Tax Credit. (Child Tax Credits do not apply, )
