Hi - my two children live with me 100% as their mother has moved to the Republic of Ireland.
does anyone know how I would go about getting child support from her please? Through cms in U.K. or do I apply directly to a court in Ireland pls? I'd be very grateful if I could get some pointers please. Many thanks

CMS can only be involved if she works for and is paid by a UK company.

If that doesn’t apply then go through UK court as there is a REMO agreement with Eire so their courts can enforce it.
