Hi, please advise what further information you need .
He is 20 months old. Arrangement currently is with Dad 4 nights a week. Upto 5 nights suggested in arrangement order. ( currently being prepped by sols )
Mum and dad not married, split up when he was about 1 year old. Dad on birth cert. Dad main carer before split. Social services involved due to mums childhood involvement. Social care closed case (budget pressures) Agreed dad main carer as SC still had concerns re mum. She is refusing to give him back until court order.
