Hi so if I ask and she disagrees and I make the deduction anyway and then she gets legal advice and takes it to court is there a possibility that if the judgement goes in her favour that I would be made to pay back the deduction plus her and my legal costs even if I can`t afford to?

Yes that is a very likely outcome.

How much would you pay under CMS?

Why isn''t travel shared if she moved away?

WY SPECIAL thank you for your input. Under CMS I estimate that I would pay about £40 less per week (I don`t mind paying for my son but in irregular circumstances like holidays (as this is the 1st one since 2013) I need some flexibility and she does tend to change her mind sometimes after she has agreed to something) and we agreed to share the travel but she has now recently changed her mind saying that it is too tiring(so I guess I don`t get tired too and I work 12 hour shifts) this travel arrangement was not part of the Consent Order but between us, but now after 2 trips on her part she has reneged on the agreement
