Hi. My ex has applied for a variation to our Consent Order which I have agreed to. Will I receive correspondence from the court direct or via her solicitor? I don''t trust her solicitor as she''s been professionally rather under hand. Also would it cost her extra for court to send it ? She has a history of cutting corners. Tia

The court will send you a copy of the order provided that the court has your current address or that of your solicitor.
