Hi Friends,
My wife, who is Czech, wants to go to her homeland with our two boys who are 8.5 and 4 yrs old. She wishes to go back to a small town in the south east of the country with c30k population and limited college and higher education prospects for my kids, let alone the fact that I will not be able to see them frequently (closest airport is c4 hours drive). At present we live in London. My wife is not keen that I move over there!
I have many reasons for not agreeing to this first of which is that my children will have better prospects here and secondly my relationship which is fantastic at the moment will suffer as a result of separation. They are young and need their dad in their lives. If this goes to courts to decide what are my chances of keeping the boys in this country, pls? thanks for your help and thoughts.
