me and my wife have seperated and she is living at her parents with my 12 yr old girl and 6 year old boy its a 2 bedroom house and in 1 bedroom there is my wife 2 children and my wifes sister all sharing 1 bedroom is this right or wrong ?

It's not ideal, but it's not wrong as such. If you are concerned about it, why don't you move out so that they can move back into the house, which presumably is bigger?

Alternatively, if circumstances allow for adequate child-care, you could ask for the children to live with you or for shared residence (that they spend 50% of their time with you).

Don't forget that this period may be setting a precedent for future contact arrangements (along with the arrangement prior to separation).
