Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

It makes me happy, like any other father, that I am still able to support my children and providing them regular maintenance together with being able to provide shelter for them on my own. I am not sure for how long will I be able to go like this as although i earn reasonably good but i cant afford my own living and although i own my own house, I am renting a room in shared accommodation, even then my bank is in red.

I had to leave my FMH due to her abnormal behaviour but never stopped paying for the mortgage or providing for children maintenance.

I am more than happy to pay for my children but its not fair to know that the money i provide for my them is used by their mother in helping her parents and in parties!!! Is there a checking or monitoring system that the money I am paying for my children does spend on them? Not that I am aware of any!! Adding insult to the injury, I CAN NOT SEE MY CHILDREN..

It would be nice to hear from people who have unfortunately gone through the same pain and may advise as to what could be done to help my dire situation without compromising on the money my CHILDREN need (and not to fill others pockets)
CSA does not look the mortgage payment for children’s housing need, as maintenance payment.

A father is never reluctant to pay for their children’s need but he also need to be able to survive otherwise the consequences will affect all concerned parties, in case father becomes severely ill or lose job due to bad performance or becomes bankrupt.....

In terms of becoming self employed. I am currently working as an employee (PAYE) and looking to become self employed consultant for the same company.
However I know IR35 might not allow to work as self
employed consultant for the same employer for over a year. Could anyone suggest what is better route to become self employed, 1) Start my Ltd company, 2)become self employed without opening any ltd company, 3) become self employed through umbrella company.

CSA will deduct Reasonable expenses, does anyone know what they classify as Reasonable expenses?
Thanks in advance and best Regards.
