Do you mean CMS (CSA)?

CMS are not concerned with Residence Orders or Contact Orders only with child maintenance.

How is maintenance currently paid? If it is by court order when was it made?

CMS don''t need to even know about court order.

Tell them you want to open a case. They will ask if you claim child benefit (I assume you do) and might ask if there is a court order in place for CM which there isn''t.

They are only interested in overnight stays for assessment purposes. Even if there is a contact order in place they take assume that it is adhered to.

The assessed amount is reduced if the children stay overnight with the NRP.

If they stay with your ex for 52-103 nights per year then it would be reduced by 1/7th not reduced to zero.

The court order is for contact. It is of no interest to CMS.
