I will presume April to April and consult with ex that we review CM every year as soon as tax return completed

I am still unclear on this.

Surely Ex cannot say ''oh I got my estimate wrong so I am in credit!''?? He would not be saying that if he had underpaid me.

Surely the onus was on him to check he was paying the correct amount at the end of last year and not now decide he wished he had checked formally??

It will be straight forward from now on as it will be reviewed again next year as well.
