Sorry, I misunderstood and thought you meant you were still paying arrears. If there are no arrears just do as WHYSPECIAL said.

No, there are no arrears.

The annoying thing was, there never needed to be if they''d communicated. Even when I spoke to them on the phone, they refused a lump sum to clear the arrears...
