Hi could any wise people let me know if you have heard of this
C v F (Disabled Child: Maintenance Orders) [1998 ]FLR 1,
I have found it when googling about child maitenance for disabled children and if this was worked out differently and wondered if it still exists and what it means??

The CSA normally has jurisdiction for child maintenance but under the Children Act 1989 it is possible to make an additional claim on the behalf of children through the courts to cover some or all the expenses related to a child''s disability.
