OK, sorry.
Thing is the actual order is at my dad''s for safe keeping.

But it says he will pay £x which is 15% of his NET salary AFTER he has paid the accommodation costs for her room at college.

And the same arrangement when she goes onto university until sep 2017.

"school costs" are stipulated as 50% each with accommodation costs as a separate item which he pays separately.
