Hi There,

Could I please ask, can you make a point that the other side's solicitors is a risk to the well being and welfare of the children, therefore, you as a Litigant in Person, do not want to communicate or deal with him?

This is a case whereby, I have evidence of the other side having gone ' radio silent' on child contact for more 12 months, and i have evidence of the other side 'inconsistent' emails and him either intentionally or recklessly omitting evidence from the bundle to the court, and not consulting me in preparing the bundle and sending it off to the court without me being engaged and a few other things.

I do see this solicitors as a maniuplator and unscrupulous in a way that if he continues representing her on child matters, this will damage children's best interests further than what has already been a disasterous role that he has played. Thank you.
