Hi

I am a litigant in person for my application for a child arrangements order for my 2 children. I currently have my children living with me, and am attending court 19th February for a final hearing. Part of this i need to write a case summary for the case bundle.

Does anyone have a case summary that they would care to share with me as I am struggling to find any examples

Thank you in advance

Welcome to Wikivorce.

The case summary should be ideally just a single sheet of A4, summarising the background to the case; it must be limited only to those matters which are relevant to the hearing and case management. If you are summarising something and are unsure how much information to put in, you can always include a reference to the page of the bundle where the judge can read more information, for example, to where your witness statement is.
