At finding of fact, my barrister recommended I should compromise with ex and get a better child arrangemts order and leave the finding of fact that CAFCASS recommended . Felt pressured to do so and end the court proceedings, not been legally represented throughout , only had barrister that day . A childsrrangemnts order was created instead allowing ex weekends unsupervised. There had been dv ect.

Cafcass been in touch furious that there recommended measures about making no decisions until a finding had happened Were not adhered to and do not agree strongly with the new order. They will be looking into this I was told.

Can cafcass overturn the decision?
