Hi all.

Just wondered if anyone has any experience with the above ?
I have a meeting tomorrow with my local MSP to see if he can help my son and I with the difficulties we are having at the moment in regards to contact.

Basically we have suffered due to solicitors negligence and she to this we have had an unfair hearing and the court made a contact order that was not in my sons best interests.

I have raised my son alone since his birth and we have spent each and every day together,
I have up my trade of 13 years, I was self employed and had a business of my own and I stopped trading in order to support my son at home as his mother was absent due to work commitments and she was post natal also which made things even harder and resulted in them both not having a strong bond together and my son hardly knew his mother.

The courts order has left my son and I devastated and I have lost main care of him, he now spends more time with his mother than he ever has and because of the relationship they have my son is heartbroken and doesn't want to leave me, he begs me not to take him to his mothers and there's nothing I can do about it !
I feel like I have to force him to go and I don't want him thinking I am forcing him to go.
I collect him and drop him off each and every week his mother isn't at home 9 times out of 10 it's often her new partner or her parents that are there when I collect or drop my son off and she wouldn't be able to collect him herself on her days laid out by the court order !

Does anyone know of an MSP could help with this ?
Has anyone had any help by an MP for similar issues ?

Thanks in advance !
