Hi
My partner had to take his x to court in June to get access to his 7 yr old daughter following his x stopping contact as he would not walk away with zero equity. We have a court order which stipulates collection at 6 and drop off at 9 fri-mon bi weekly mutually agreeable other contact (there is none as the x always finds a reason to prevent this. The judge also stated at the time of the hearing that my partner should have his little one for two weeks in the summer holidays which we have just done.
We booked a holiday for next February with the little one and agreed this with his x prior to the financial issue. She now states the court order does not state anything other that the two weeks in the summer so she wont allow the little one to go.
We have already missed one day of a weekend break as she would not allow flexible times for collection so I am wondering whether we need to do a C79a or go back with a C101a.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
