going to court but i have had a stroke!

Help guys

We have a final hearing in the first week of December…. Where social services will be there for the other side to question social works report (which says no contact) and his barristers to question me about the sexual abuse on my kids etc etc

Anyway I have just had a stroke (due to stress) I have been told to rest etc etc
So will not be able to make the final court hearing what will happen I can’t go to court
Will the court make me etc

Please help
