Directions scheduled for Dec 14th. Proceedings have been issued regarding christmas contact, main order application will be considered at this time. Been given 1 hour, 30 min meet with CAFCASS before hand to discuss concerns.
here is hoping.
OH has prepared position statement, however he thinks its just going to be christmas contact dealt with on the day. Further Directions in new year most likely.
Does stbx have to serve her C7 on OH before Directions or can she just bring this along with her? He is very keen to see how she is going to respond to his statements beforehand although unsure if he will get a chance.
On a side note appears there is not too bad of a backlog in the Yorkshire area as application was dealt with very very quickly even with abridged service. Will see if the same is true for CAFCASS if section 7 is ordered.
