Hi,
Next week I have got court hearing re children matters. This will be the first hearing on this issue. I filed for shared residence.

Divorce, ancillary relief, occupation orders, injunction orders have already been filed in the court but no news yet.
I hope to be able to meet my children on regular basis. I work full time but want to spend as much time as possible with them.
I am also paying for child maintenance and the mortgage where my children are living with my ex. I am paying rent for my separate accommodation and in severe financial difficulties.
Does anyone know what generally happens in this hearing and if I should be prepared for any questions and take any documents with me. What might be the possible outcome?
Thanks
