Hi wondering if you can help had 5 welfare hearings in the last 3
years at the last hearing it was decided that as i feel that my youngest daughter is continually being mental abused by her father, my eldest is over 12 and has stopped contact. The next step is a proof hearing dont really know what will happen at this and what could be brought and up and what do i need to prove.
