My ex constantly breaks the court order that has been in place since 20 April 09. Her latest was taking the kids out of school and taking them interstate without my knowledge. When I tried to contact them I was unable to locate them. Contacted the local police but because its a federal order they cant get involved. I abide by the order to the letter but she is seemingly allowed to do what she likes. Any advice?

Do you mean for a holiday or do you mean she have moved the children and you do not know where they are?

Just for a holiday she has since returned to her place of residence but was still in breach.
