hi thankyou sarah and everyone for all your advice.wasnt sure how to post a message to all so i hope all read my thanks.i went to cab in new year was given a leaflet on divorce and asked to come back when it wasnt a 2 hour wait,i went to a free 15 min legal advice dropin and found out very little only that they do not offer legal aid i contacted income support and was told it would be likely i could claim income support if i left but would have to wait until i had moved in before i could make a claim and housing benefit or lha would not consider my individual claim until i had made it.i have since phoned 3 more times and spoke to a different adviser just hoping that one will say yes u will be entitled!!the flat i plan to move into fits within the lha bedroom and allowance for me and my 4 children(girl 16 boy 14 boy 9 and boy 1)the letting agency has said i cannot move until the 23 of feb now as previous tenant is not able to move until then.im gutted didnt have agreat weekend hubby phoned drunk from a club in the night was really aggressive i stayed up for hours worrying about his return luckily he didnt start when he came in but peed on the baby in his sleep cant wait to leave now.thankyou all again xx
