I have contacted the CSA based on their calculations I will receive less money from them. I am in a quandr about childcare also because I do shift work and require him to have my daughter while at work but overnight twice a week. He on the other hand only has a room and says that it is not the right time to move in with his girlfriend and my daughter and her do not like each other, therefore he says he can not have her for long pwriods of time in his one room or be able to then pay me. He also does not think he should have her everyother weekend. So its all a mess and I do not know what to do but the solicitor is waiting for me to have an answer so she can proceed with the divorce.
