I'm the LIP respondent in a financial case. I have sent my form E and supporting docs to the applicant's solicitor/court. The applicant's solicitor has sent me a form FP8 with no new legal representative. So now applicant is a LIP too. The former solictor has not sent on the form E and docs to the applicant (pls infer what you want from that)
I am writing to the applicant to requests their form E etc. As the first hearing is at the beginning of March, I will be submitting a form G to say I can't proceed with an FDR. I refer to points 6-7a/b of 'Notice of a First Appointment'. Is it the applicant's responsibility to make up and file a bundle or if it is both our responsbility, what if the bundles are different? what happens if I don't receive any info from the applicant or they don't file a bundle? Thank you.
