My exes solicitor gave my financial and disability information to a broker they had paid to write I had xyz mortgage capacity (I have none in the real world and provided evidence of such).

My understanding is form E data including information about disability is specially protected and cannot be shared with 3rd parties irrespective of reason. To do so is all manner of gdpr breeches. Their brokers letter talks as if appointed by the court - they were not and I didn't consent.

The only exception is if an expert witness is appointed by a judge which was not the case. They did however say each could comment on others mortgage capacity but that's a big stretch to emailing my info around? I simply used anonymised data my name was all over it.

Generally reflects litigation conduct and a system that is ignored and abused by solicitors with no come backs - what should can I do
