What will you actually be getting?
It sounds as if you are getting all of the house but it’s not clear from the post if there is a mortgage on it or how much it is? You’ll also get all the pensions? Where will his £50k come from as only £35k of savings is mentioned between you?

How old are you both? His pension value seem slow for someone’s earning in excess of £100k pa.

How much would a house suitable for your needs cost?
