The practice directions at paragraphs 4.3(b) and (e) deal with those documents

The position statement is required when appropriate although that is not specified. I would assume that a litigant in person is unlikely to be compelled to file one but skeleton arguments are fairly intrinsic to the case and the judge's preparation for the hearing.

Thank you. the court has only ordered S.25 (concise narrative statements) and hasn't ordered position statements and statements of issues.
