Money and property - other capital , such as money , savings , investments.
Do I write there value of my car ?
There is no other place to write my car .

Yes, you can out the value of your car in that section. Make sure you have a proper valuation (I usually suggest somewhere like "webuyanycar" as they tend to slightly undervalue); you would only need to declare it if the value of the car is £1,000 or above.
