It is hard to comment without having a fuller picture of your circumstances ages, children, incomes, length of marriage + cohabitation, debts, assets etc.

Whilst pensions are not the same as cash, I would imagine the court would want to see a more equal split of pensions. As things stand you are swapping £2Ok of pension entitlement for £4k cash. Is there a particular reason why the savings aren't being split 50:50??

Bearing in mind the pressure on court time, I cannot see a judge wanting this clogging up the courts. I think you will be urged to settle and likely sent back to mediation.
