FDA (rescheduled from Feb) is in a couple of weeks. Questionairres were exchanged months ago in line with the court directed timescales of the original hearing.
There is now extra information about the applicant, their new partners assests (houses) and plans to marry that the respondent wants to ask questions about. Can the respondent submit extra questions to the applicant/ Court prior to the FDA? If so, how is that done? Respondent is LIP and application is represented.
Thank you
