I would like to know what are the page limits on the Section 25 attachments?

Also, are there samples that I can look at?

Check if there are any specific restrictions set out on ths order.

A s25 should usually be no more than 12 sides of A4 in 12 point font spaced at 1.5 lines. There should be a left hand margin of 2.5cm.

Attachments/exhibits should be limited to those that are strictly necessary as supporting evidence to support assertions made (especially where they may be contentious). Remember the s25 should focus on needs and means. It serves as an explanation of the matter for the FH judge who will be new to it. Think of it as a story snd ensure it has narrative flow while dealing with the s25 factors.

Bear in mind that the maximum size for the whole bundle is 350 pages if it is to be PD27A compliant.
