Hi
My ex and I are in the process of completing a Consent Order for a Clean Break. We're both on tight finances so can't afford a solicitor and I wondered if anyone could give me some guidance on the wording to use for the actual clean break order please?

It's a really straightforward one as we have no assets to split and are each just keeping what's ours (pensions etc).

Any help would be massively appreciated.

I've worked in the law for over 25 years and I wouldn't try to draw up my own consent order. I know enough to actually prepare a document but I also know that there are many pitfalls which only become evident after the fact.

I would suggest you both agree the settlement terms and agree to split the cost of a fixed fee service such as that offered on this site.
