Hi
So I was married for 2 years and wife came to UK after 11 months, so we actually only lived together for 9 months.

We have no joint assets.

She contributed zero financially towards our life, household expenses, holidays etc. I’ve spent about £20k in immigration fees, flights and household expenses.

The marital home is in my name and purchased 10 years prior.

She has returned back to her country of origin which her 10 year old child. She has a house there of her own.

She has requested a financial settlement from me, but I can’t why I need to give her anything. We are at the nisi stage but she is not replying to my emails to resolve via Clean Break order.

I’m not keen on going to court for the clean break order.

What can I do if she continues to ignore me?

Hiya,
If she carries on ignoring, you need to invite her to mediation. When she doesn’t turn up that’s a good thing for you. They you can apply to the court for a clean break due to her lack of contact and cooperation

She’s not in this country.
I suspect that she will say she doesn’t have Access to email.

you can put a tracker on her emails to see when/if they are opened. She won't know there is a tracker. I had to use one for my lawyer as mails were not acted upon for weeks....... free one from getnotify.com
