I am filling in my form E but am now stuck!

I know I have to provide statements etc for the last 12 months but what about employment.

The question say "provide P60 and last 3 payslip for each job that you have"

It doesn't say "each job that you have had"

I gave up my job in November and and now unemployed so do I need to submit these documents?

Put details of your old job in section 2.19 (any source from which income has been received during the last 12 months) and provide your P60 as confirmation.
